When I saw the title I just thought of the graceful and gracious first lady and how the title of Queen or Princess in its purest form just suits her and thankfully that was what the writer meant. As you say a refreshing change.

I felt exactly the same way. But it still did my heart good to see our gracious First Lady given such a warm welcome--and to see it reported at all.

Thanks for sharing your kind feelings toward US-India relationships....the new friendships between both governments have more to do with the increasing frienship and admiration between the people in both countries (roughly 70% of poll samples in both countries see a need for increasing ties).

This relationship between these major democracies augurs well for peace and cooperation in Asia. Though there is still a way to go between both countries, Pres. Bush's visit to India, the enthusiastic reception there, and the increasing pro-India feelings among conservatives all augur well for the future.
