Limbaugh was picking on the State AG of Vermont today. He had to justify VT's laws on campaign funding: AG Sorrel
being questioned by a USSC Justice (to the best of my recollection):

"How many cases have you prosecuted for campaign funding violations?" "None"

"Would you say that Vermont is a corrupt state?" "No"

"It appears then, that you are trying to muzzle freedom of speech without justification..."

Maybe there is hope to overthrow the incumbent protection act.
