In which case Warner cannot win the Nomination since there base of the Democrat party is mad at the leadership for being "too cooprative with the White House". They are NOT going to nominate a psuedo Conservative Southern Dem. The canidate will probably be the faux populist Feingold from Wis since he "Stood up to the White House" over the Patriot Act. Funny how everything he stands for involves putting the Govt more in charge yet he has the "populist" label. Guess the Establishment Media figures "populist" means "Voter like it when they get screwed by the Govt."

No, he was the son of a minister, and born in Staunton (near Lexington), Virginia. His father had churches in Georgia and South Carolina after that. I don't think Wilson got to New Jersey until he went to Princeton.

The Dumbocrat's left-wing base will abandon her in droves as she tries to move to the center. She has none of Bubba's smoothness to pull it off convincingly.

..the only hope they have is running a "perceived" moderate.

But I think the base is committed to Evita.

This may change--but I doubt it.

Not gonna happen.

They know it is just a ruse.

Her left-wing credentials are too well-known amongst the base.

Her only obstacle to the nomination is Boxer.

Yeah, but Richardson and Warner are closer to the center than she is, so I don't see how the Soros left cannot swallow Hillary the hairball as their own. Feingold just has no recognition.

Dems have a real problem, the big money is with the wackjob left, which sort of precludes a normal candidate.

If Warner sticks it out to the end, Hillary! may as well forget about trying to entice the center. I predict she'll just continue to be shrill like she has in recent weeks. Because that's the only way she's going to keep the kook left in her corner.

William Henry Harrison was sworn in on March 4 and died 31 days later on April 4, 1841.

Two other Virginia natives who almost made it were William H. Crawford (a contender in 1824 if he hadn't suffered a stroke--still received 41 electoral votes), and Henry Clay (came in 4th in 1824 but would have won in 1844 if the Liberty Party candidate Birney had not drawn away enough votes from Clay to tip New York to Polk). Crawford had become a resident of Georgia by the time he was a candidate, and Clay a resident of Kentucky.

Harding wasn't a great president but I would rank him above Clinton or Carter, and I think I'd put Andrew Johnson and John F. Kennedy in the bottom 11.

Warner can never get the DemonKat nomination for two reasons:

1) Hildebeast is rolling in campaign $$ and will continue to accumulate more.
2) Mr. Warner, are you familiar with the terms, "the Arkansas Mafia", "the Clinton Body Count", and "Fort Marcy Park" ??
