No one knows, we don't track religion here. Most of the 4 to 7 million estimates come from groups like CAIR. They count all Arabs as Muslim, despite the fact that most are Christian. I've read estimates of 2 million or so, which is probably closer to the truth.

Where the hell does this woman get this 8 million person figure? 1.1 million (0.5%) according to this data from 2001. That's less than half the number of Jewish and only slightly larger than Buddhist.
