Yes, but France purposely imported many Muslims in the 70s and 80s from their former French colonies in North Africa, among other places, to do the jobs their lazy socialist middle class didn't want to do. Germany did the same to populate the assembly lines in their auto plants. Their muslim populations are wildly disproportionate as a result, and also as a result of Muslims not using birth control (why bother, since your children are citizens and the entire family is now on welfare) and also because many Muslims import their second and third wives from the old country and live outside the law, having dozens of children like our Utah polygamists.
