Virtually all of my secular calendars also have Muslim holidays listed, including the calendar on my Palm PDA, etc. But since Muslims are more equal than others, I guess they want them listed in giant letters, or, in fact, maybe we should remove a few Jewish and Christian ones to make more room for the Islamic ones.

Just curious, but, can you name any religious holiday other than Christmas for which schools and businesses close, including GOVERNMENT business?

Looks more like our government favors/endorses Christianity over all other religions. It's not supposed to do that. Its supposed to treat all religions the same.

The desk calander on my desk at work lists these muslim holidays. I can't remember who printed it, but their home office address is 1 Environmental Way. How's that for PC!
