You're correct! It is "bull". I think every year the media goes gaga and says Cheney is going to retire.
Andrew Card knew within a few hours.
And .. so .. what was the President expected to do even if he knew ..?? This is just more of the game they play by continuing to keep this going.
IT'S NOT WORKING! But .. I guess when you see a person making a fool of themselves .. it's best to just get out of the way.
