Three of the nine members of the Civil Rights Commission are appointed by the House too.

As a result of a blatantly unconstitutional power grab by Congress to grant themselves an appointment power that is not allowed for in the Constitution.

Where are you digging this up?..... there are only eight members, four of whom are appointed by the President and four by the Congress. They rotate between the President and Congress as they come up. The Congress rotates their appointments by branch every other time their turn comes up. The President also designates the Chair and Vice Chair subject to approval by the members.
