He was being funny.

You can try to kid yourself all you wish about your childish hero, Sean.

Some things don't change much.

Sean responded to the angry caller by being the childish kid he resorts to way too often ............ just resorting to calling her three silly names.

Sean called her, "a dope", ....... "a liar", and "a phoney." ------ Sean's Loser Rejoinder!

What a "classy and righteous guy" (NOT).

The UAE has been a friend lots more than 4 years. As for the Taliban again it didnt seem the Taliban meant alot to people before 911. I think 99 percent of American on 9/12/02 said Tali what? They have been with us since the first gulf war at least. I highly suspect we were great friends and partners during the cold war. Yeah that still counts even though some might consider it "ancient history"

Nope, Sean always brags about how intellectually honest he is when he disagrees with the President.....which is on just about everything these days.

His circle of self defined experts leave me cold. I do not want to be dictated to by the union powers that be in NY.

Makes a lot of sense to me, as Ronald Reagan said "Trust But Verify". I also consider this a National Security issue and I'm glad that Congress will be investigating the deal (and hopefully not on their partisan soapboxes)

"Maybe he doesn't believe the callers."

Or his two friends General Tommy Franks and Colonel Oliver North?

Last week Vannity insisted that he had done a lot of indepth research into the subject...where, at the New York Times of Chuck Schumers office? If he had researched it at all he would not be continuing to repeat the original lie.

"Hogwash ! Mark and Sean have looked at the facts and made their decision with that knowledge. Folks like Tony have also looked at the facts & came to a different decision. Those decisions are ALL valid. I respect their decisions!"

Very much agreed. I am sick of people on both sides accusing the opposite side of ulterior motives for their stand on this issue.

Is it not true that Hannity has many times, from both the right and left, been accused of being a shill for the Republican Party, yes or no?

Rush does too, even though, Rush firmly believes, and I agree, that government spending is out of control, and the border issue needs to be at the top of the Bush agenda, and yet, Rush gets accused of carrying the administration's water.

Who's talking to the 15 year old? He's great?

I think that's our own "Trublackman."

I would be if there were beaches here. To find a decent beach one needs to travel to Gray's Harbor.

My screen name comes from the fact that I am very unimaginitive when trying to create user ID's or screen names. Problem is, if I move I'll have to change it and somehow "SandyInGreatFalls" just doesn't have the same ring.

I'm not ttrying to control your thoughts at all, as you well know. I AM asking people not to be insulting or belligerent. If that's a problem for you, that's just too damn bad.

For more reasons than the shape of their coins! Their justice system is a joke. :)

You may respect their differing decisions but to have Sean call those who disagree with his conclusions....koolaid drinkers is disrespectful to General Franks, Colonel North, Rush, Senator Warner, and of course, the President.

None of those above mentioned could be called a demagogue by any stretch and that is exactly what Sean did.

He resorted to name calling and that pretty much meant to me that he didn't have the facts on his side.

Chrissy Mattews just started out his show..

"A brief stay of execution for President Bush, because the Dubai Ports World has agreed to another investigation"....

Can the rhetoric get any worse??

Did you hear Rush today?

He said he was the "first" and "only" talk show host in favor of the Dubai deal. I just about jumped through the radio. I think Sean should interview Tony.

Thanks for the ping. I am just popping in here at the tail end and trying to catch up. Things look a little testy. Me, I am just reading and keeping my mouth shut. When the home family can't even agree on this issue, you can't expect the FR to agree either.

the Sean trashers are here. Apparently, they're having a full-throated tantrum because Sean disagrees on the Port issue..... I don't understand why it's such a big problem to require a thorough vetting process of this situation...

The problem many of us see is that this has gone through the full vetting process in the US and UK and has been given the green light by the required agencies in both countries with not a blip on the radar until a few Dems jump out with Union talking points and a press release by one of DPI's competitors who lost the bidding war.. Sean parroted (and continues to parrot) the talking points of these groups even though those who we've put our trust and have proven our trust in issues regarding the WOT, have called the concerns unfounded.. he also continues to parrot false information....

Its this constant parroting of the left's talking points and bad information that is frustrating..
I don't mind disagreement, but disagree on the real issue, not on MSM talking points that aren't correct.
