Somebody needs to get that record of "Send in the Clowns" out of its rut!

Bob Costas played the clip of SHaun White saying he liked Sasha to Sasha and the look on her face was "As if!!!!!!"I know, it was funny for us in the audience, but I'm sure Sasha didn't appreciate it. Oh well, she handled it with grace. Hey, I'll bet the two will end up together on the Tonight Show or the Today Show...;-)

Everyone complained about Brian Williams doing the opening so they punished us with Brokejaw.

I'm hoping that American figure skaters take the next 4 years to review their MUSIC and their costumes. Both are in need of an ambush makeover.

men should not wear see-through fabrics and fishnet Remember, he did say he wanted to be the next Dorothy Hammil or Nancy Kwan.

So far this Closing Ceremony is pretty boring so I thought I'd inject some levity.
I just read a pretty funny quote in Rolling Stone from Shaun White, the snowboarder:
"The Olympics is really awesome, but for some snowboarders, it's not the biggest thing in the world. So we were pretty lighthearted about the whole situation. But these biathlon guys were intense. And it was even sketchier because they have guns. They ski really far and then they shoot things. So I was thinking, 'If I mess with these guys, they will ski me down and then gun me down.'"
Maybe I'm just really bored but that image made me chuckle...crazed biathlonetes (is that what they're called?) chasing down and shooting at fleeing, McTwisting snowboarders...

Maybe. All I know is that it was fairly upsetting to see Sasha Cohen giving him the same face I've seen given to me many, many, many, many, many times in various bars.
To: Miss Marple
I think those were the most accurate words spoken during the entire olympics.

Just had to look .. LOL.
"This picture is my pasties ((( NOT MINE :)))cooking on an open fire. The gold pan (prospecting pan) has flour rising and the smaller pan is a homemade mushroom gravy to pour over the pasties. Rutabagas are the ticket but I substitute with potatoes, cubed roasted mountain lion, or dried hamburger on the trail. Yes, dried hamburger. Cook it, dry it and you can have burritos, spaghetti, goulash, and anything you use hamburger for except for a patty, without refrigeration. It will keep as long as two years."

Yeh. Since Katie may be jumping ship to CBS, NBC wouldn't let her come and torture us this year.
