I wish he could have lived long enough to see the day when the SCOTUS rules that Darwinism must be tossed out of the schools. We're just one vote away from it happening ... and he gets much of the credit! Every conservative should say a prayer of thanks tonight for the legacy he left.
I wouldn't go so far as to say that. No one has ruled that Creationism or even intelligent design is fit for teaching yet.
