Hillary's School for Whities
WorldNetDaily.com ^ | Saturday, February 25, 2006

Posted on 02/25/2006 1:29:32 AM PST by JohnHuang2

This week, Hillary Clinton debuted the newest in educational options for our children. The school she referred to is evidently so secret that it doesn't even show up on Google.

Addressing an audience that was predisposed against school vouchers, Hillary went a bit crazy by comparing parents who send their children to parochial schools to those who wish to send their boys and girls to Hillary's new educational invention, the "School of the Church of the White Supremacist." Since the existence of said school is so top secret that only Hillary Clinton knows enough about it to insert it into perhaps the most ridiculous comparison ever made, surely she had a hand in its creation.

In case you missed it, she attempted to unite key constituencies that she believes she will need both this year and in 2008 for her electoral ambitions.

But there is one big problem: If a politician is going to try to get elected in the black community, he cannot take on the subject of vouchers. The numbers betray the truth on this issue: Upward of 70 percent of African Americans favor the educational options that would be at their disposal were they to receive vouchers – as opposed to forcing their kids to attend inner-city schools that are in large part neglecting African-American students across the nation.

The reason Hillary must oppose them relates to the fact that she will be in grave need of big campaign money from the teacher's unions – and unions hate anything even close to resembling a voucher. It represents failure on their part, and they don't have the big, fat jackpot of taxpayer cash to fund their funky, "Bobby has two mommies" social reprogramming courses that the political wings of such unions are desperate to institute.

So if she can't oppose vouchers for fear of losing black votes, but can't support them or lose union money, how does Mrs. William Jefferson Clinton bridge the divide?

Simple. Just imply that those who use such evil things as vouchers are really puritanical voices who seek to reshape culture in their own image – like Catholics and Jews and evangelicals, for example. Lump those groups in with some white supremacists and use "jihad" and you've just about convinced the non-thinking among us to run and out and riot against anyone suggesting the evil vouchers.

At the end of the day, Hillary is placing a bet that she can turn black voters against free-market educational options that would actually improve the education black children receive in America.

But just because she drinks the union Kool-Aid doesn't mean anyone else will.

When I discussed this on my radio show yesterday, my first caller from was Latricia, an African-American woman from South Orange, N.J. Latricia not only didn't flinch at Hillary's comparison of Christians and Jews to racists, she stated that she was more offended that Hillary said repeatedly in her statement that the voucher was something that she as a member of government was "giving" to the family.

Latricia said, "If my understanding is correct, those vouchers are in essence tax refunds of money that belonged to we as taxpayers in the first place. Therefore the presumption should be that it is not Hillary's to give."

Bingo!

Sen. Clinton seems worried about giving such dollars to someone who in the miniscule chance might decide to use it in such an abnormal school as the one that Hillary helped create (the School of the Church of the White Supremacist).

Yet she has little to say about the millions of educational union dollars that are wasted each year in the pursuit of everything but the teaching our kids that 2 plus 2 equals 4.

So sign up today, Hillary's School For Whities, is now open.

Chelsea Clinton actually attended Sidwell Friends (as in Quakers) school in Washington, D.C. I was in high school in D.C. in the 1960's. Even then, S.F. had a rep as not only a wacked out place to send a teenager, but expensive, as well. Quaker to the core, no sports teams (all that violence and competition!), but the very end of the road in exclusiveness.

Of course, in 1993, the Clintons were practicing do as I say, not do as I do. "A president's daughter is different!", their defenders asserted.

Yeah, this article is a bit perplexing, I read it waiting for the quotes but they never show up. Weird. It makes me assume the headline is just his assessment, and she didn't say anything remotely like that.

Yes! she did say that! I saw the video and heard the audio! LOL

This author uses too little fact to say a whole lot. I too would prefer to see her words so that I know what I'm talking about.

She did too say it! look around you will find the video. :)

Clinton vetoes D.C. tuition vouchers

that would have given 2,000 poor children in Washington, D.C., free tuition at private schools, saying it robs cash from the city's dilapidated public schools.

"Although I appreciate the interest of Congress in the education needs of the children in our nation's capital, this bill is fundamentally misguided and a disservice to those children," said Mr. Clinton, who sent his daughter to the exclusive, private Sidwell Friends School in Northwest Washington.

More than 7,000 low-income families in the District have applied for scholarships for their children.

Mr. Clinton has pushed for a different education agenda, moving to set aside money for public school construction and hiring more teachers -- a responsibility and cost commonly the chore of local governments and taxpayers.

He has also championed funding for charter schools and national testing standards, and he has involved himself in local school issues such as calling for all grades to implement uniform requirements. Sidwell Friends has no such requirement.

"If we are to prepare our children for the 21st century by providing them with the best education in the world, we must strengthen our public schools, not abandon them," he wrote.

An Overview of the Clinton's Takeover of Education

reagan.com
Brandon S. Howse

HILLARY AND HER FRIENDS MAKE THEIR PLANS

On November 11, 1992 Marc Tucker, the president of the National Center on Education and the Economy, wrote Hillary Clinton the following letter.

Dear Hillary:

I still cannot believe you won. But utter delight that you did pervades all the circles in which I move. I met last Wednesday in David Rockefeller's office with him, John Sculley, Dave Barram, and David Heselkorn. It was a great celebration. Both John and David R. Were more expansive than I have ever seen them--literally radiating happiness. My own view and their is that his country has seized its last chance. I am fond of quoting Winston Churchill to the effect that "America always does the right thing--after it has exhausted all the alternatives." This election, more than anything else in my experience, proves his point.

The subject we were discussing was what you and Bill should do now about education, training, and labor market policy.

snip

Our purpose in these meetings was to propose concrete actions that the Clinton Administration could take--between now, and the inauguration, in the first 100 days and beyond. The result, from where I sit, was really exciting. We took a very large leap forward in terms of how to advance the agenda on which you and we have all been working--a practical plan for putting all the major components of the system in place within four years, by the time Bill has to run again.........

Holy cats, she's out of her frickin mind!

Does it occur to this complete IDIOT that these non-existant schools of White Supremacy and Jihad do not exist? As an atheist, I was appalled at her INVENTING those schools and setting them up alongside Jewish and Catholic schools, but that's second to my utter shock at this insane "logic".

Wait, what am I saying--it's precisely what the libs believe.

This woman just lost any cred she might have built up with moderate or right-leaning voters from this stupid port story.

The 'good ole' days'...NOT!

Dining with Lobbyists?!!!

March 17, 1993

While the First Lady is away, her family will -- dine out. While HILLARY RODHAM CLINTON was at a health-care forum in Iowa, PRESIDENT CLINTON and their daughter, CHELSEA, had dinner on Monday night at Galileo, an Italian restaurant in downtown Washington. Along with PAUL NEWMAN and JOANNE WOODWARD, they were guests of LIZ ROBBINS, a Washington lobbyist. Also in the party were ANNE WEXLER, a Presidential aide during the Carter Administration who is chairwoman of the Wexler Group, a lobbying firm, and her husband, JOSEPH DUFFEY, president of American University.

The public schools are losing support because many middle-class parents have rushed to put their children in private schools. In settling on Sidwell Friends, an institution favored by affluent, liberal Democrats in Washington, the Clintons have joined that rush.

Among its (Sidwell Friends School) 1,030 students, Chelsea will find the sons and daughters of lawmakers, business executives and journalists.

In explaining the Clintons' decision to send 12-year-old Chelsea to the Quaker-run Sidwell Friends school, where annual tuition is $10,700, Mr. Clinton's spokesman, George Stephanopoulos, said the family believed it had to do what was best for her education.

President-elect Bill Clinton is furious at news photographers for luring his daughter's cat outside the grounds of the Governor's mansion and into camera range on Tuesday after he gave specific orders that the pet be left alone, his aides said today. The resulting photographs of the cat, named Socks, appeared in many newspapers around the country today, angering not only Mr. Clinton but also his 12-year-old daughter, Chelsea, said the Governor's assistants, who spoke on condition of anonymity.

Clinton union appears solid as a rock (how do they know?!)

NEW YORK, Feb. 7 (UPI) -- Sen. Hillary Clinton, D-N.Y., was in New York sporting what is described as "iceberg-sized bling" on her ring finger.

"It was a gift from her husband," Clinton spokeswoman Jennifer Hanley told Tuesday's New York Daily News.

Sources told the newspaper former President Bill Clinton surprised his wife with the ring for their 30th wedding anniversary months ago but she was worried about wearing it.

The diamond is estimated to be at least 3 carats, the newspaper said.

The ring was out in full sparkling glory Monday as the junior senator toured a New York outreach center to talk about President Bush's proposed cuts in early childhood education.

I don't watch TV and haven't heard much radio, so I didn't know this was commonly available, which is why I wrongly criticized the columnist--I didn't know this was already out there.

I can't express how utterly stupid I think she looks in that clip. This woman is so wrongheaded about this that I predict she will next run in the other direction. Her problem is that she doesn't accept that the only reason she has any standing at all is because of who she's married to; she really believes she could have gotten where she is on her own.

But she has none of hubby's political savvy or ability to BS people. She is so obviously uncomfortable talking with real human beings, so contmeptuous of "the little people" that she talks to them in a patronizing, stiff manner that tells you she'd much rather be off in a room with her fellow libs talking utopia.

I've thought of many ways to describe her over the years, but all kidding aside, the phrase that comes to mind now is: Hillary Clinton is an utter fool.

It doesn't look like they've had much success.

Granted, the borough isn't the apocalyptic, despoiled, utter horror show lamented by Jimmah Carter any longer.

Yet, the last trip I made into the So. Bronx didn't exactly evoke images of Dubai-type splendor.

Maybe Adolfo Carrion should have been elected mayor of Vieques, instead of borough president.

...Sure, but isn't that HIS job when writing about a supposedly controversial statement?

I guess you don't watch the news, or get onto FR much. The video and written reports have been well-covered. He is not covering the event, friend, he is writing a commentary about a two-faced (10,000,000 faced) bitch!

Sorry you don't keep up with things, but I don't think you have any reason to complain about his writing, nor his intent... (although it does sound like you're whining!) Are you a Hitlary apologist?
