Smoked Cheddar...how soon before the 'Smoke Gnatzies' take THAT away from us? Westphalian Ham? Smoked. Sausages? Smoked. Bacon? Smoked. Salmon? Smoked. Alewives? Smoked. My awesome homemade Venison Jerky? Smoked!

You ask in jest but in truth not long. The state of california was requiring some all natural products, bread I think, to contain a warning label that they contained carcinogens because they contain some byproduct of natural wheat that is produced when the bread is baked. Don't have a link handy.
