How does the Planned Parenthood tax fraud work?
Planned Parenthood links | February 24, 2006 | Vanity

Posted on 02/24/2006 3:49:47 AM PST by topher

How can an organization directly campaign for specific candidates, help with campaign financing for these candidates, and have these candidates vote tax dollars for this organization and its interests.

Forget the McCain-Feingold Campaign amendment. If Planned Parenthood can say they have an organization - Planned Parenthood Action - that is the political arm of Planned Parenthood, why is this not open and blatant tax fraud.

Planned Parenthood is one of the most powerful political groups in America and very activist organization. It receives hundreds of millions of dollars in US Federal Tax Dollars alone each year - a direct subsidary of the political activism of Planned Parenthood. Additionally, on the International level, Planned Parenthood is an important player at the United Nations.

Now this does not even begin to mention state and local tax dollars that also go directly to Planned Parenthood.

There is currently a major criminal suit against Planned Parenthood of Los Angeles because of extorbant overcharging of the state of California for various services.

For example, part of the political arm of the Hillary Clinton candidacy in 2008 is its connection to Planned Parenthood and its powerful connections.

John Kerry enjoyed the support of Planned Parenthood in his 2004 Presidential campaign.

Planned Parenthood spent untold dollars supporting the John Kerry presidental bid as well as supporting other candidates that help vote for more tax dollars for Planned Parenthood.

This is a major source of tax dollar fraud in the United States, so why is it not being prosecuted?

If defense contractors such as Lockheed, Boeing, etc., were to do the same things as Planned Parenthood, many of the officials of these companies would be thrown in jail.

So why can Planned Parenthood steal so much money from US taxpayers and nobody is fighting this?

This is such an outrage that words do not describe it.

Can anyone explain their immunity?

What's even more obscene is the $265 million it receives annually from the federal governement not counting what it gets from state governments.

Planned Parenthood created a separate organization for political action, appart from their abortion business. The abortion organization does not get into politics.

And THAT illusion (of supposedly separate organizations) is ONLY maintained by the deliberate cooperation of the MSM and democrat party.

Quite simple - the liberal loonie Satan-worshipping lefties run this country (despite what the Repubs and POTUS think) - and the left's favorite child (no pun intended) is Planned Parenthood Murderinthehood.

Why would any hospital be able to call itself nonprofit under your scenario?

The political arm is a 501c4, which can do political action if I remember correctly.

The 501c3 has more limitations than a c4...

Same people in most cases, different hats...

As someone points out in this thread, more faith-based organizations should organize C4s.

Thanks for the historical note on this. I've wondered when it changed but didn't know.

I grew up in OK and LBJ was hated by many people who knew how crooked he really was. Of course, OK had its own problems with corrupt Democrat politicians.

I continue to wonder today how so many black churches are still hosting politicians during services and encouraging support from the congregation? It sure appears there's a distinction between which party is allowed to solicit support in a church.

Perhaps. Too bad they are not investigated. It might be enlightening.

Yea, good point. Unless they are a charitable hospital (which is a thing of the past) they shouldn't be exempt. If I get a mole taken off in the doctors office, he pays taxes on everything associated with the procedure. If I go to the hospital, they are exempt. No sales tax, no property tax, no income tax.

You're attacking the wrong entity.

The people to go after are the folks who created the labyrinth of laws that allow for this arrangement.

There is an up side. James Dobson at Focus on the Family has done exactly the same thing. I think his is called Focus on the Family Action Committee.

To be fair minded you should include him in your discussion.

You make a very good point about Focus on the Family. My response is a little long winded because Planned Parenthood is involed in criminal activity, power brokering for the Democratic party, receives tax dollars, and is tax exempt.

I wasn't aware of that. Having a name that connects to a charitable, tax exempt, non-political organization is wrong.

Planned Parenthood has state organizations and even local organizations for political action as well as abortion/giving out condoms/promoting unrestricted sex.

The big difference, though, is that Focus on the Family does not receive $268 million a year in tax dollars like Planned Parenthood. And there are state and local tax dollars that go to Planned Parenthood as well.

Planned Parenthood is a big business that relies on tax dollars to operate directly.

Focus on the Family, with over one million members, does solicit donations and has a tax exempt status.

Planned Parenthood is in a different category - receives tax dollars and has tax exemption, but also has the distinction of being a major power broker in the Democratic party and is a player for some Republican candidates as well.

If you combined the NRA (National Rifle Association) and Focus on the Family, you have about the same politcal clout as Planned Parenthood has.

But Planned Parenthood does aid sexual predators and child molestors, which is something that Focus on the Family nor the NRA has trouble with - criminal activity by the organization.

Planned "Parenthood" shares it's "No Consequences", baby killing, mentality with the liberals and the MSM.

There is no oxygen sufficient to maintain any shouts or objections.

Thank you! I copied the PDF file to read later and will send it to a couple of attorneys who will be interested.

The way Democrats are getting around this is they claim they, and the politician, are simply promoting activism and not a specific candidate. Then, they will say something like "send (candidate name here) your thanks for his support." Or, "call (candidate name here) and complain over his not supporting this worthwhile cause." The point is, they skirt and abuse the intent of the law.

I understand the motivation for Democrats to do this. I do NOT understand the Republicans tuning a blind eye to it going on and not demanding more scrutiny.

Or people who are mentally or physicaly defective or people who don't look like them or people who don't agree with their politics. Hitler had a similar plan.

Actually, the motivation for forming Planned Parenthood was the bombing of Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941.

You see the previous group (American Birth Control League) was working with the Super Race folks in Nazi Germany and this was well known in the US.

So Margaret Sanger had to kill the old group and form a new group to protect the guilty.

The equivalent group in Great Britian had the same problem - when the Nazis invaded Poland in September 1939, Great Britian declared war on Germany and the equivalent group in Great Britian disappeared and was replaced the modern day group that is Planned Parenthood's counter part in Great Britian.

Of course, one of the best ties is the leader of the Super Race effort in Nazi Germany DURING World War II became one of the important leaders of International Planned Parenthood just after the war...

The person who gave me this info said there is no connection, but as far as I am concerned, that is only in a pig's eye...

The founding of Planned Parenthood has its basis in the fact that Margaret Sanger and pals were heavily involved with Nazi Germany on forming a Super Race.

That is why it is NOT a coincidence that the old group was killed shortly after Pearl Harbor (December 7, 1941).

Planned Parenthood came into existence in January 1942 for that reason.

Now, if this was a conservative group, the MSM and liberals would be all over this connection.

But since Planned Parenthood is a sacred cow, having a strong tie to Nazi Germany is not a problem.

Margaret Sanger, back in the 1920's had the Harlem Project - a project to get rid of black babies in Harlem to keep the inferior breeds from breeding.

I believe it was in Margaret Sanger's book The Pivot of Civilization that she had as a goal to eliminate all blacks, Catholics, and Indians (Native Americans) as part of her plan.

This is not much different from what Hitler was trying to do in Nazi Germany with what he considered inferior the inferior breeds of the Slavic races and the Jews.

Margaret Sanger did come up with the view to use black preachers back in the 1920s as a way of controlling the black population - knowing the blacks would follow their preachers (black ministers). Shades of Jessie Jackson and the dupe he is for these folks today!!!

Yea, and why should this be a non-profit in the first place?

It boggles the mind because Planned Parenthood has strong ties to the Eugenics and Super Race efforts of the 1930's. The Nazi's Super Race and Margaret Sanger's vision were one and the same.

In fact, I consider it no coincidence that when the Japs bombed Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941, and the United States declared War on Germany, that Margaret Sanger and company killed their old group (which was popularly known for its strong ties to Nazi Germany). This was the American Birth Control League.

Planned Parenthood was the Phoenix that arose from the ashes - January 1942 - just days after the bombing of Pearl Harbor. Considering the Christmas, and other holidays at that time, I am surprised that created a new group so fast...

And of course, this is the political power that will support a Hillary Clinton Presidental run in 2008 just as it supported the John Kerry Presidental run in 2004.

Even if conservatives are not high on pro-life principles, there is good reason to go after Planned Parenthood because it is an essential part of the political powerbase of the Looney Left and it uses tax dollars to help support this political movement (Federal tax dollars spent on Planned Parenthood 501c3 organization is about $268 million a year - yet the 501c4 is just a sham to support the political muscle that brings in the $268 million dollars in Federal tax dollars.

Of course, I am not even considering all the state and local tax dollars spent on Planned Parenthood.

This really should be the battle cry of conservatives in 2006 and 2007, otherwise we might have President Hillary after the 2008 election.

This is the political power base for the Hillary Clinton Presidental run of 2008.

Conservatives need to start attacking it now.

Kill this movement and Hillary is a dead duck for the 2008 campaign - especially exposing how she idiolized Margaret Sanger, who was one of the biggest racist's in the US.

In the 1920's she had the Harlem Project - to keep blacks from breeding in New York City.

This was followed by the Negro Project in 1939 (coinciding with Hitler's purge of Jews, Slavs and other inferiors).

There were strong ties between Margaret Sanger (hero to Hillary Clinton and founder of Planned Parenthood) and the Super Race efforts in Nazi Germany in the 1930s (Eugenics) and that effort here in the United States.
