Lawyer claims some web fans get their kicks leering at Ms. Hicks
FEBRUARY 22--Claiming that Internet surfers have been using her mug shot for "private sexual gratification," a convicted drug dealer is threatening to sue The Smoking Gun unless her booking photo is removed from our site. So meet Casey Hicks. Again. It's been a few years since we've thought about the comely 25-year-old Floridian, whose photo first appeared on TSG in 2002 as part of a collection of mug shots that we dubbed "Foxy Felons."

It doesn't really matter. As TSG points out, her image is up on a public web site, so she has no reasonable expectation of privacy.
Lascivious use of that image is no more protected pictures of any other felon. What if women get off on Nick Nolte looking like a Homeless Dude? Can The Looter Dude sue for being a specific object of ridiciule?
Her lawyer should be disbarred. And she should be fined for bringing the DEFINITION of a "frivolous lawsuit."

Yes, I know I sometimes misguess when a guy will be considered attractive... but I liked #1, Jessica Bishop, although she looked a little tired but I guess that's what a conrtrolled substance and a night in jail will get you.

Any time you see a picture of a woman in a mugshot, consider her to be "questionable" and run the other way. In my humble opinion, all women are beautiful, just some more than others! Beauty is skin deep, but meanness goes all the way to the bone!!
