That's one of the sites I looked at. The page you linked provided the names of stevedoring, freight handling service providers, and terminal operators at various terminals where NSCSA makes call. There's no indication that the providers or terminal operators listed are owned by NSCSA. The list appears to be for agent-contact purposes only.
For example, the list includes P&O, Newport News, Barbours Cut Terminal, Shippers Stevedoring, Ocean Terminal, etc., none of which are owned by NSCSA to my knowledge.
Under New Jersey, the list names American Stevedoring, but I'm not seeing any indication that American Stevedoring is actually owned by NSCSA.
From the looks of it, old Sabato Catucci and his boys still own American Stevedoring.
