Indy was telling us on the other thread that the results for her were the same though separated by decades. marron, OTOH, got two different results in three tests in a row.

Its that split-personality thing. Can't seem to shake it.

I imagine you're right. The numbers might change by a point or 2... I mean that one letter (F) I have only 1 point in might change, but the others look pretty solid. I should probably read the ISTJ description too just to be on the safe side LOL.

Actually, what I found is that varying only a couple of answers throws the results into another category altogether. I would be curious how they weight certain answers.

I noticed that some questions were very similar to others, and yet I found myself going one way on one, and the opposite on the other, the distinction being rather subtle. But changing one or the other, apparently equivalent questions, to make both answers agree, was enough to push me into another column.

Interesting.

What made some of the questions difficult to answer for me, and probably for a lot of people, is that under some circumstances I would go one way, and in others, the other. And then there is the fact that when I was younger, I would have gone one way, but over time I have come to lean the other. Or that in my natural self I lean one way but in my actual behavior I go the other. So which way should I answer, how I feel, or how I behave? Switching from one to the other gives slightly different results that give rather large differences in scoring.
