There should be more.  The headline here is Longshoreman Threatens the Host (Rush Limbaugh) and when you read the article all you see is "Well, let's get it on, buddy."   That's a challenge, but not a threat.  A threat is "you keep talking like that and you'll regret it" or "bad mouth my union and you're asking for a knuckle sandwich".  

IMHO "let's get it on" is like "bring 'em on" --swagger.  If Rush is calling this a threat, it's hyperbole at best, and slander at worst.

No, that is local jagan. It is not a challenge. That is being asked to step outside and settle this. I'm from this area. That is how we talk.
