The writer is clueless. Billy Boy could not run as VP, however, if Hillary is prez and whacks her VP after two years, I don't think there is a constitutional bar against the rapist being named VP.

The last line of amendment XII makes it pretty clear that no one who does not qualify to be president can be Vice President. It says:
