Today President Bush traveled to Golden, Colorado to participate in the Energy Conservation & Efficiency Panel at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, and discuss his national energy strategy, as well as tour the lab with Dan Arvizu, the director of the laboratory. Before leaving Colorado, the President visited the troops and their families at Buckley Air Force Base in Aurora.
When he arrived home at the White House, he made a statement to the press regarding the controversial port buyout by the United Arab Emirates from Great Britain.
Enjoy your much needed trip to Sanity Island on the Daily Dose!!
Well, that judge (Fogel) is a Clinton appointee and he inserted the anethesiologists into the death chamber, which has caused this delay and hoopla.
Oh no, and the ladies short program in figure skating tonight also.
Thanks for the link to Sea2Sea. It is calming to read rational comments about this ports deal.
Tony Snow did a fabulous job with his research on the ports issue. He put Rush and Sean to shame.
Rush always sounds to me like he is trying to damn GWB in ways that we won't notice. He didn't sound like he had a real understanding of the issue today.
I will have to try to listen in to Tony Snow tomorrow, I'm sure he'll talk more about the port situation.
You're welcome :^)
I thought s/he had a good collection of links and some rationality to his postings.
Hi, Prairie. Just returning your "Hi," from a previous thread.
When I was at Superior Court before the County Attys
you should see appeals. Remember the guy that killed
the two young boys and then ate the hamburgers they had
in the sack from J-I-B several yrs. ago.
He is one example. There were dozens of boxes of his appeals and ap would be there on Sats. overtime on this
cr. at tax payers expense. There are tens of dozens
here we are dealing with.
Robert Alton Harris. He finally got his in the gas chamber. I stayed up that night to celebrate.
I think he will. He was frustrated today because all of the WH people he tried to contact yesterday were taking the holiday off. He said that he would try to get someone on tomorrow. He did have Tom Ridge on, and that was most informative.
And he knows more about the port situation, and is more articulate about it than anyone else I've heard.
right on. The ones I mentioned were just the death row
cases.
When you deal with these cases and the hom. reports
you get sick.
Greta is on with it now
Whoever nuked the troll a couple of posts up...good shooting!
Think I'll call it an evening. Good night folks
By the way good night sweet dreams enjoy the ice skating
I knew there would be at least one around eventually. They're not content to spreading their hatred of our President on other threads, they want to destroy our sanctuary also.
What was it about not the port issue was it?
