So she's out to abort black youth before they have a chance to join gangs. The left-liberal attachment to abortion as a "solution" is heading in a curious direction.

This is the same philosophy that founded Planned Parenthood in this country---need to keep the undesirables from breeding. Here it was specifically targeted at blacks.
