No. Not only it's unconstitutional, it's also bad strategy. I think the choice is to stop all kind of Political Correctness that overly protect Muslims and all stories about Islam. The movie makers, for instance, should write stories about how Mohammad went to war, how Islam was spread in the Middle East, all kind of stories of minorities living in Islamic countries, etc.
In other words, people (Westerners) need to understand more about Islam and Muslims and treat them the way they treat and write about Christianity and Christians.

It also might be a good idea if Muslims were to familiarize themselves with the history of Islam.
How did followers of that religion ever get the notion of calling it the "Religion of Peace?"
