Clinton got impeached on December 19, 1998. This was after the '98 election, so the minority-libs thought that the thirteen House managers would be ripe for firing in the 2000 election. Wrong. Of those who ran again for his House seat, only Rep. Rogan in CA did not get re-elected.

Yeah, impeachment really worked for the Republicans.

You bring up one reason for the underlying hate of President Bush. Because a demonstrably criminal psychopath clinton was impeached, the twisted liberal mind demands this GOP President receive the same treatment. Such is what passes for logic in the twisted liberal mind.
