No way can that be an actual ad for Maybelline. Johnny Weir is a Clinique man. City Lights, number 3. With berry-berry sunlit bronzer.

Tornado watch? Be careful. Hope you have somewhere secure to go.

The aptly names "Skeleton." I figure if you fall off the sled your skin is shredded off...hence the name "skeleton."

LOL
Consider yourself hooked.
NASCAR is worse than dope, I guess?
Same with baseball, slow boring game.
But when something happens it is blinding quick.
Watch a few MLB games and you will be hooked on them too.

We have a basement. Won't have a house without one, since my husband is from northwest Missouri. Both of us have seen too many tornadoes to live in a house without shelter.

Dude - yuck. I am eating dinner!

Something I've always wondered about Skeleton. How do you steer the thing? Can you steer the it, or are you just along for the ride?

Skeleton wouldn't be my idea of a sport to participate in. I can't imagine being just inches off the ground going 60-70 MPH down a wind pipe of hard packed ice. It's more fun as a spectator. :)

Something I've always wondered about Skeleton. How do you steer the thing? Can you steer the it, or are you just along for the ride? You steer with gentle movements of your legs, shoulders, and head.

I am 5'4". If she weighs 179 and doesn't look porky, she must be nothing but hard muscle. If I weighed 179 I would look like a blimp.

It must be on Presidents' Day weekend. I'm always left alone for 3 days during that holiday. Although I'm NOT complaining. FReep all day, all night, no one to cook for..it's actually MY vacation time, too!

"Women's Skeleton"
Never heard of it. It's like luge, but head first! Yikes.
Don't they have some rule about mothers-to-be shooting down a tube, head first, at 80 mph??

When I was a kid and saw my first Winter Olympics I thought the luge was the most amazing sport. I've always wanted to try it.
To: Timeout
Well, I have a rule against it!! If that were my daughter I would have her committed!
