I have to do the same exact thing. I wrote to the news director of our local station - that carries Rush - and told him what a total disconnect it was whenever the ABC news came on. He promised that he was looking into changing news feeds...

He was just pulling your leg he won't do a thing. Do you how many times I write our local rag and complain. I even put a complaint in to the Weis Supermarket because they have all Bush Bashing Books. Well I take the books and put them all on the bottom shelf. One has been there for two years now it is "Rise of the Vulcan’s" with the cover picture of the Bush admin. Cheney, Rice, Rummy. I hide this book every time I am there. I think I need medication.

Ann Compton is a courtier sychophant for the Dems. She has this ominous but nervous speaking style that portrays all things Repub as a scandal. Good face for radio too.

Off topic, but I didn't know that John Gambling was still on the radio. I listened to him on WOR when I was a kid in the 60's and 70's (my parents were big fans). Glad to see he's still at it, and on the ball as before.

Chuckie Schumer is pushing this complete NON story for Partisan Political Ends, NOT because he has even fact one on his side.. Funny how NO one is picking up on this is a PRIVATE company with NO security functions that is merely changing hands. Port Security is COMPLETELY unaffected by this change in PRIVATE ownership.
Chuckie wins two ways by pushing this hysteria. ONE it allows the Senate Democrats to say "See we are tough on security". Two, the NEXT step will be to push for the Govt taking over Port Operations so they can force 10 of thousands more people onto the Govt Union rolls.

According to what I hear about any of the MSM reporters, its a very pervasive malady----reaching epidemic proportions even!
These idiots couldn't think their way out of a paper bag! My heart breaks that any U.S. citizen might have to rely on these asses for their "news".
