Oh, God, Torie no, Noonan isn't leaking from Bush. That's not what I'm saying. But I suspect that there are some people near the Bush clan who thought it might be a neat idea to leak this kind of scenario to Peggy, who wrote that nice book about Reagan way back when and rode in the airplane during the 1988 campaign. This is not the kind of thing I was speaking to you a couple of nights ago, anyway.
