HEY!! We got one of those at my church!! I *finally* got to use it a couple years ago when I helped make food for a ladies tea. A girlfiend her hubby and I cooked for 300. Not bad!!

Now THAT is a mixer. How much volume would it hold? I admire the cooks for the service...they work so hard and usually get nothing but complaints. (((hugs)))
