OK, I will do my best to tell how to make my "Make a hound dog hug a polecat Stew":

Need:
Slow Cooker
Frying Pan
Cutting Board
Thin-bladed Cleaver (I use only this blade for almost everything...paring, cleaving(duh), spatula, pan scraper)
Soup Ladel

Ingredients:
1 lb Rib Eye Steak
1 lb bag of small carrots
1 lb (about 4) Russet Potatoes
Salt
1/4 lb (Stick) of butter
1 cp flour
1 cp water
Worchestershire sauce

Do:
1. Cut the steak into one square inch chunks
2. Place steak chunks into fry pan and splash Worchetershire sauce over meat
3. Flash fry meat by using the high setting on the fire, and stir the meat with the cleaver to get all sides of meat brown
4. Turn off fire under fry pan
5. Use cleaver to lift meat out of fry pan and put into slow cooker
6. Add cup of water to the fan pan sauce
7. Although the Worchestershire sauce has plenty of salt, I always add more to the pan (I sprinkle it until I am happy with the saltiness)
8. Add a little of the flour to the fry pan sauce and use the cleaver to stir it
8a. Continue to add flour until the sauce looks like a very runny gravy (it thickens once it is added in to the slow cooker)
8b. Put lowest setting fire under fry pan and let it simmer while doing the next steps
9. Add carrots to the slow cooker (Note: it does not matter whether peeled or no, I prefer non-peeled as there is more nutrition in them)
10. On cutting board, cut potatoes in half, then cut each half in half, and finally each new half in half again (leaving skins on)
11. Turn off fry pan fire and add gravy to the slow cooker
12. Set slow cooker to its high setting (I am talking about the electric cooker, you will need to guess if you are using a stew pot)
13. Stir all ingredients, of course using the cleaver
14. Cover
15. Go play America's Army on your PC for the next three hours
16. At least once an hour, go check on the pot to make sure you aren't burning the house down and that the dogs aren't trying to get to it, and to stir the ingredients
17. After three hours, open a coke and grab a bowl, I use a ladel to get the stew as the cleaver doesn't work well for that
18. After enjoying your first bowl, go back for another bowl
