my fall on the tile floor & the resulting damage to R arm is MUCH better today. i can actually USE it, after a period of 5 days!

My hubby is looking in a Navy Cook book from 1944 to see if he can find that recipe you're looking for. You MIGHT have to adjust the servings, though!
Well, he just found it...and it used dried sliced beef, but he said just substitute hamburger. That's what he does. I don't eat the stuff. *shudder*
