No it doesn't! (I'm very sensitive that way.)
Only disclaimer: The Powdered Whey Low does affect me that way. (It must be because of the corn starch added to keep it from clumping.)
My morning wake-up drink (made in a larger mug) now is 2 tsp. of cocoa, 1 tsp Kava low-acid instant coffee, and 2 tsp. Whey Low, mixed together and added to 1 cup hot water and about 1/4 cup heavy cream. Yum! 4 effective carbs.
