Which is why I support strong drunk driving laws (ie losing your license for six months to a year for first offense, losing it permanently for second offense). Driving "legally stoned" would be covered by such laws.

If they are intoxicated, (high or drunk) they are not LEGAL.

No problem...you stop drivers now that are causing problems, give them sobriety and breathalyzer tests...and many on prescription drugs are also getting DUI's for driving impaired.
