The problem for the district attorney was that there were no laws against eating fetuses.
I think I'm going to be sick.

At least one employee claimed to have witnessed Rajanna microwaving a fetus and mixing it into his own lunch.
Dude, WTF??!!!? I mean...just...WTF is wrong with him? Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot, over?

There's no law against cannibalism? I don't believe that. We've got laws against everything else.

Middle English, from Latin fçtus, offspring
Because the murders have redefined the word so as not to mean what it does mean. BABY

While Rajanna denied the accusation about eating fetuses, he did admit keeping fetuses in Styrofoam cups in the refrigerator along with food and drink. Why should this bother the death cultists who vehemently deny the humanity of the unborn? We keep pieces of dead turkies, chickens, and cows in our fridge along with our other food and drink, right? Why should a dead "fetus" be any different, right?
Sickening.

One of the most disgusting things I've ever heard. If the old talk about being struck dead by lightning was true, that cannibal would be in his grave.

Oh, you'd be surprised at the things we don't have laws against. Many states have no laws against necrophilia, bestiality, and other nasty things. I'm guessing that very few states have laws that address cannibalism of this sort.
Usually, a state can find some other law to use, though, in a prosecution.

This is beyond..............GROSS

"Shockingly unsanitary conditions discovered at an abortion clinic in which the proprietor was accused of eating a fetus have prompted consideration of a bill by the Kansas Legislature to tighten up regulations for all medical facilities." It's not hard to figure out that people who run abortion clinics aren't the pick of the parish or the cream of the crop. They are ghouls. Only the most deviate of human beings would take their medical education and capitalize on it through the killing of babies.
It's a well documented fact that in China the abortion doctors regularly eat the dead fetuses and sell them as a 'health food', because they believe them to be of nutritious value.

The title of this story reminds me of an old joke...... Did you hear about the guy who ate his son??? he didnt know his wife was pregnant! ... ooo

I think they have laws against cannibalism in Colorado. At least that's how they convicted Alfred Packer. But again I'm kind of suspicious, as the story goes, when passing sentence on Packer, the judge said, "We don't have that many democrats in Colorado and you done ate six of em." So maybe it's only a crime if you eat democrats.
