A federal judge ruled Tuesday that California must change its lethal injection method for the execution of Michael Morales next week because the current mix of drugs may constitute cruel and unusual punishment.

I am constantly amazed at how the radical, ignorant, left wing, mentally deranged, sick libs in this country always go to the defense of murderers, torturers, rapists, etc.

Basically the libs are saying "We do not care what this person did, what happened to the victim or the victims family.

So the lethal injection may cause some discomfort? BIG F#@#@@#@ DEAL!!! Tell the family of the victim that!!

I am really getting pissed.

Send these scum to me. Release them on my property and I will give them a 5 minute head start. After that, never mind what I do to them.

By the way, this is exactly what I would do to anyone that comes on my property and screws with my family. Well, not exactly. I would NOT give them 5 minutes. I would be on them in a heartbeat, whether I use my weapons, or my self defense training!!

Either way, these dirtbags would be dead and never recovered!!

DAMN KALIFORNIA LIBERAL JUDGES!!

Sodium Pentothal has been used in surgery suites for the last thirty years that I know of. If it's such a poor sleeper, you might think there would have been a clamor regarding the patients who came under the knife while 'being awake'.

This judge was sold a bill of goods. Pentothal (sodium thiopental), Pavulon (pancuronium bromide) and potassium chloride provide a very humane way of exiting this world.

The mutilating, rapist and murderer who is on death row, did the following to his victim.

I believe she was a 17 year old girl. He beat her senseless. He hit her in the head with a hammer numberous times. With her skull crushed he drug her face down across a road so he could rape her at a different location. From reports I heard today, she was still moaning as this beast raped her, then either finished her off or left her for dead.

Now we're worried if this demon will die painlessly. Furious doesn't begin to describe my thoughts on this.

"current mix of drugs may constitute cruel and unusual punishment"

This is the same stuff that kills them right, and we pay these judges and they get law degrees to tell us that?

Well actually, there has been an uproar about people being conscious during surgery. It has happened. It's also why anesthesiologist now monitor the patients level of consciousness with a brain wave monitor. Should be easy enough to add said monitor to the lethal injection drill.

I have no problem with a brain wave addition to monitoring. It's probably a good idea. I still think that most awakenings are probably a sign of the anesthesiologist not being quite as attentive as they should have been.

That's a little unfair, because I haven't seen any studies done on this and people do react to medications differently.

Still, all in all, I don't think we'll develop much better methods of putting people to sleep. I don't really have a problem with people sentenced to death having to suffer for a few minutes. Every one of them made others suffer, so I'm simply not concerned with their painless exit.

Yes indeedy! He did much more than what the (lsm) lame stream media is saying!!

I knew this beautiful young lady very well. She was a very strong Born Again
Christian girl of 17 yrs. - Straight "A" Student, wonderfully vocally and musically talented, pretty as a picture, and very compassionate, loving and caring. I sang in a Trio with Terry and her mother at our church. Terry was a little song bird from the time she was toddler. My husband and I sang at her Graveside a song that was so befitting of Terry, "Love This World Through Me" and that was literally what her life was all about. That's exactly what she was doing at the time that all this insanity took place! She was trying to help a young man (Ricky) pick out a gift at Macy's for his friend.....which was all a ploy to get her to go with them, so they could kill her.

After her death, it was extremely trumatic for me to even drive to Lodi to work without passing by a vineyard and in my seeing our beautiful sweet little Terry laying out there in the cold damp. This went on for months. How anyone could do this to another living human is far beyond me! It takes a really evil and cruel sicko to have done this!!! Morales is all of these things and showed sweet young Terry NO mercy whatsoever!!! He expects mercy? Well, that Judge has shown him mercy for the last time and where Morales is going, he will have to face the Judge of all Judges....the Lord Jesus Christ!! There at that Judgement Seat, he will be shown NO mercy.

For 25 years now, he has been able to live, breathe and move about and that is something he deprived a lovely young lady of, but at least I know that she
has been safe in the arms of Jesus since that time.

Thanks for your personal insight on this issue. I appreciate it. To every victim of such beasts, my heart goes out. It goes out so much so, that I have nothing left for this sub-human. It is a second crime, that our society lets these beasts live on as this one has.

Investigate, convict, allow a reasonable time for appeal and execute. This should be limited to two years unless special circumstances arise, and those should have to be extraordinary.

We have thousands on death row, and they'll sooner die of natural causes than justice. What a disgrace...

I Am in Full Agreement!!!!! I don't for one moment believe that Morales didn't understand the Hispanic Language and speak it fluently like the defense claimed!!!
Lies all lies and it caught up with them too!!! Terry was also stabbed way more than 4 times!!!....more lies!!!

I'm thinking that a single .168 grain hollow point rifle bullet moving at about 2600 fps is just about as painless as it's going to get.

Give him some valium, put a hood on him, and strap him into something that holds his head still. Then pull the trigger electro-mechanically.

Voila...one dead bad guy.

Now, after hearing what this animal did to a young girl makes me want to think of far more creative ways to send him to his maker.

I'm with you, and I had forgotten about the stabbings on top of everything else. Frankly they can tie this guy to a stake in the dessert as far as I am concerned. If it takes weeks, it will be just long enough for him to look back on what he did to place him in that position.

Despite his education and experience, I have to question his being fit to sit in judgement on this type of case, if he is going to cave to such lame defense claims.

Thanks for the information. I appreciate it.

Can executions possibly be made more peaceful?

I can't argue with any of that. Still, the libs would absolutely melt down if this were suggested.

As for more creative ways, we're on the same wave length.

I couldn't begin to suggest how.

1. You go to sleep.
2. Your muscles are made incapable of movement.
3. Your heart is stopped.

You go to sleep. That's the condemned's last personal realization. You feel sleepy and drift off.

As for the observers, there's no twitching or ghastly physical reactions.

It would seem to me to be the most humane way for all concerned.

It could be proved in court that my method is totally painless. Hell, the perp wouldn't even hear the shot that hit him.

The fact that it would cause a lib meltdown is just a bonus.

I'm not a bit concerned about 'humane' executions.

A firing squad is cheaper, just as efficient and much more dramatic and frightening for the condemned.

The degree of comfort afforded these cretins is beyond sick-ken-ning.

From an academic point of view, I would agree. There are witnesses to these things and I'm not certain this would be the way to go in light of that fact.
