This is insane. The police who happend to care of this matter have ruled this an accident.
lots of "accidents" are investigated. auto fatalities, parents who mistakenly leave their children in a car in hot weather.
if this fellow dies, this story is going to explode. and everyone here poo-poo'ing it, is going to be sadly mistaken.
