Thanks! That explains the number of shot that hit the fellow hunter.
Must have been #8 or maybe #9 since some went into a vein and then to the heart.

I believe you are absolutely correct about this. Its the same old strategery that the Dims cant resist.
W and co just feed them rope to comment and comment before they weigh in and shut them up

I have seen #9 shot in the news account - that's not on the incident report though.

Local officials have not considered any charges in the shooting because no one in the hunting party, including the victim, has accused Mr. Cheney of wrongdoing. Sounds like the NYT is hoping to entice somebody to come forward, doesn't it?

Oh they are just warming up
I wonder though .. How many melt downs can they handle before they totally lose it
Because it seems like they are coming real close to it

Gregory has shot what little credibility he had left with his hysterical antics at the press conferences this week.
He is acting out so badly--it makes me wonder if he's on some kind of anti-depressants or something. He's like a Desperate Housewife.

I hope they keep it up.
Even my inlaws, the Yellow Dog Democrats, were laughing about it tonight.
This on top of Katrina is more than even they are willing to put up with.

I don't see why there needs to be any investigation, even if the man dies.
It's really the last thing we need, what with the damned seditionist press and all.

I grew up in Riviera just north of the Kennedy Co. line. Kennedy county has such a small population they rely on Kleburg Co. for nearly all government services.
They have their own sheriff and a small court house that is seldom used. US 77 is the only public road, and there are no schools. There is just one business, a convenience store, and there is a small post office and one church.

That idiot was laurence ODonnel.
He didnt learn from his meltdown about the swiftboat vets L0L
W plays them again and again knowing if we give em enough rope theyll hang themselves.
Reminds me of those old foghorn leghorn cartoons where he stands just outside of the length of the dogs chain and commences to banging pots together.
The dog WITHOUT FAIL barks and raises hell and runns to bite him only to come to a rude stop at the end of the lead and humiliated with an "AHWwwwww Shaddap"!!
