There is a "honey buzzard" that is in the UK. It is not a vulture, even though it is called "buzzard" but a broad winged raptor (what we call hawks).
In the USA, a "buzzard" is a turkey vulture or a black vulture, and broad-winged raptors are hawks.
We also have acciptors and falcons and eagles and owls which make up our birds of prey.
Oh, ............ wait a minute.
There is one other type of bird of prey, although it is not indigenous to the USA:

When the police clear you and deem it an accident its over. Add to this NYT can lie and leave it in the minds of millions on purpose and thats all they want to do.

Have you thought for one minute that a thorough investigation is taking place right now, and that the ongoing investigation just may have something to do with the VP not mmaking a premature statement?
