Actually if he dies, then Cheney will most likely be charged with negligent homicide. Anytime you accidentally kill someone and it is the result of your negligence, then you are guilty of negligent homicide.

Is Kleberg County where the shooting took place? I thought I recall "Kenedy County".

Kenedy County is so small (population 414, US census 2000), I don't know if they have enough people not connected to the Armstrongs to conduct a grand jury or investigation.

Relax people. Valdez might be a Democrat, but he's not a Ronnie Earle or an east coast establishment type of RAT. Nueces County is in Bush country. Whenever a COP shoots someone or even someone shoots someone in self defense if goes to the Grand Jury and is usually no billed.

The NY Slimes is laughable and really reaching to continue to make this story more than it is. The heart surgeon was on TV down here and said the man had a heart system of a younger man. No blockages at all and as clear as clear can be.

If the shooting was in Kenedy County, why is the New York Times quoting the Kleberg County District Attorney?

Unles Valdez is telling them what they want to hear and the Kenedy County DA is not.
