I'd be surprised if any Republican can win statewide in NJ anymore. The state has gone over to the dark side.

You got to be kidding me. You think there will EVER be an honest electing in NJ? Same old same old. Everything will be indicating a close race and then the Dem will win easily once the NJ Dem machine cranks out the dead vote again.

This looks promising. The undecided vote remains unusually high.

I just got a poll on that race about 5 minutes ago.
aid I had more favorable opinion on Kean than Menendez. Kean is a Rhino but Menendez is a socialist.

Picking this seat up along with Steele in Maryland (who really has a good shot) would really give me hope for the northeast.

With the whole thing about Bush winning in 2004 or Doug Forrester having a chance for the governor in 2005, I'm inclined to believe that.

I agree Mike, sad because Bret Schundler would be a rising star in the Republican Party if he lived in a red state.

we've got to get Kean Jr to some NJ italian feasts this summer, eating sausage and peppers, and wearing an "Alito for SCOTUS" shirt.
To: oceanview
Good idea, but can you imagine the urbane, preppy-looking Kean doing such a thing?

We defintely need Junior Kean to offset potential losses in PA and MT. I just hope Junior Kean dones't get any ideas from Lincoln Chafee.

I'd like to think 40% of the electorate looks at the prospect of those two bozos and slaps their foreheads with a thundering "D'OH !"
