Searched and found a story from a week ago on this, done by KOLR 10. Doesn't seem we've been innundated by MSM coverage of this story - move along.

There are 3 or 4 local truck driving schools where I live. They are all operated by ragheads.

If true, this worries me in so many ways.

Add to that the ties between some US ports and UAE interests.

Really depressing. Trying to use our own transportation network against us, again. Our nation is being blinded by multiculturalism.

I would like to know where these guys came from - I would guess the ME population of south central MO is near zero.

"I would guess the ME population of south central MO is near zero."

Nice, central location, isn't it? Comparatively below the radar, too.

I noticed in the DC area, that many are in the moving business. They certainly have access to trucks.

If they stopped the bombing of the Brooklyn Bridge and Baltimore's Harbor Tunnel, it's not unreasonable to think that trucks were involved.

Hope the Feds can stay on top of this.

Is this a relatively new phenomen? I live in PA and routinely drive the interstates in the Northeast. I see a lot of truckers on the road and at the reststops, very few Middle Easterners. A broad mix of others. My point being, to add to yours, that it seems to be a recent thing. And potentially problematic.

The MO Highway Patrol was contacted by the school in 2003, and they subsequently passed it on to the FBI. Yet as of Dec, 2005, 70% of the names were still Middle Eastern.

It's impossible to know what this means - are they taking names and tracking these people, or understaffed and ignoring the problem?

"are they taking names and tracking these people, or understaffed and ignoring the problem?"

I'd say the answer would be "both." Sounds familiar, doesn't it?

Oh joy! This goes nicely with 6 of our major ports being sold to Arab interests. Should I wait, or start sewing my burkhas now?

No, but it is certainly growing. Also, there a lot of Indians in the trucking industry, who often are mistaken for Arab muzzies.

Lots of fertilizer and diesel fuel to be found there.

I guess the trend will be spreading. I haven't seen a lot of the growing group of Muslim drivers in my area or travels, but I have seen a few Indians, notably because of their distinctive Sikh headwrap. I am generally fairly observant, especially when I'm alone, so I'll be doubly aware now. I wonder if the Muzzies have any trouble with transporting pork? Hmm.
