I just heard from a local radio reporter (during Rush newsbreak at approximately 1:00 p.m) that Whittington "may have taken a turn for the worse," and was put back into intensive care.
All this time I thought my husband was the only one that watched the cattle auctions, we really pick on him about his RFDTV viewing.LOL
It SHOULD mean that her patients should find themselves a real doctor...fast.
My......we ARE misinformed, aren't we??
Your bullet points, which you probably wish were real bullets but aren't, are distinctly unimpressive in this context.
None of them alter the fact that Kerry nearly defeated Bush, I think because of the MSM. While some of the points do indeed reflect well on the Republican effort, they merely help to explain why Bush managed to eke out a victory. They do not change the fact that he almost didn't -- in other words, that the election was uncomfortably close, especially for an incumbent with a decent economy and an unattractive, very liberal opponent.
Thank God and FNC for Brit Hume.
I am watching now too.
and he gave the most informative explanation of this "heart attack" that I've seen all day.
"Ohio,"
No, I'm not "misinformed." You are dangerously complacent.
Bush's numbers could be much worse, and have been slightly worse. But all things considered, they would be much higher if not for the hostile Rat MSM. And, no, mid-40s isn't particularly good.
I want to hear from HIS cardiovascular surgeon.
I just visited World Net Daily. http://www.worldnetdaily.com/
They have an interview with Kathryn Garcia the Corpus Christi
Gazette reporter who received the call about the accident.
1. She got the call 11am Sunday morning
2. She called WH to verify the story, which they did, which proves Cheney DID notify Bush
3. She regrets saying this kind of accident happens frequently. (Why?)
LOL!! Believe me, I earned it ... :)
I'm just getting caught up on the thread. Thanks to him for doing that. I was pretty durn angry too.
Ditto and ditto.
In my e-mail to him today I said he is THE ONLY sane and raional member of the media:)
We had a time line here on one of the threads.
Help anyone?
That horrid doctor really went off limits for him to complain. He usually sits back and calls them media harlots and derides their spiel because it's usually vanilla blather. Not so, in London's case.
Yep. You're right and that's why he was happy to leave ABC for the upstart, FNC!
Thanks to howlin for this timeline:
Here is the timeline:
5:50 p.m. CST - shooting
6:30 p.m. CST - Cheney's ambulance removes Whittington from the field.
***Note it is at least a 20 minute ride back to the main ranch -- only then do they get on the way to the local hospital.
Whittington taken to local hospital, examined, treated.
Whittington helicoptered to Corpus Christi Hospital.
***Secret Service had notified the local police within an hour of the accident.
7:30 p.m. CST -- White House notified and Andy Card calls Bush.
8:00 p.m. CST or there about -- Rove calls Bush to tell him Cheney is involved.
***Cheney goes to the hospital with Whittington.
Sunday morning, 8:00 a.m. CST -- Cheney meets with sheriff.
8:00 a.m. -- Armstrong begins trying to contact Reporter Powell, finally gives up and gives the story to reporter at 11:00 a.m. CST
Paper immediately puts the story up because Garcia (reporter) says that they called the White House to confirm before they put the story up.
She was patched through to Cheney's spokesperson McBride.
She said that as soon as they put the story on their web site they began receiving calls from all over the country -- so why did it take the MSM until 3 EST to get the story?
Thanks for doing the search.
