I think the whole UN and especially the parts that use money and distributes it should be given a thorough enema.

Don't let em fool ya, Mexico is not a poor country either and can afford to do this on its own if it wanted to.
There is absolutely NO reason to be sending our money to Mexico, other than the fact that Mexico refuses to spend its own money to police the borders.
