I remember reading a news article long ago, about @70% of the Black fathers are/were missing in Milwaukee. 50%+ for Puerto Ricans/Mexicans americans.

Where are they?
A) Dead
B) Jail
C) mental illness,homeless,lost

D) left Milwaukee, because of the anti- family courts, and CS injustices.
E) All of the above

Let's call if for what it is: The failure of Black America to fulfill its responsibilities. In some inner city enclaves, well over 75% of Black fathers are missing in action!!!

When do we ever hear the totally discredited, so-called "Black Leadership" ever address this issue -- other than to play the "poor me", blatant race card ?
