Aid Halted to Muslim Quake, Tsumani Victims

Scandinavian humanitarian organizations are pulling the plug on aid to victims of last year's devastating tsunami and earthquake disasters, saying the safety of their relief workers has been jeopardized by Muslim rioters protesting cartoons depicting Mohammed.

The Red Cross, Norwegian Peoples Aid, Norwegian Church Aid and the Norwegian Refugee Council announced Thursday that they will be suspending aid projects in Indonesia and Pakistan, reports the Norwegian Broadcasting network [NRK].

Danish aid organizations have also announced they are halting relief operations in some Muslim nations.

"It is tragic that this has come in the way, but we must first and foremost think about the safety of our workers," said Thomas Ravn-Pedersen, information chief for Dan Church Aid.

In addition to Pakistani and Indonesian disaster victims, refugees in Somalia and Sudan will also be affected by the Scandinavian aid suspension, NRK said.

Me either. Maybe the riotous muslims will understand the every action has an equal and opposite reaction.

If the Moes have the strength to riot, they obviously don't need relief.

Was all the aid money even making it's way to the victims?

I think they were in terrible danger--one thing we've seen a lot of from Islam is biting the hand(s) that feed them.

Furthermore, I don't see the point of aiding people who will be trying to kill us at some point.

I think it is a perfectly sane decision. Consequences.

Indeed. The innocent must suffer due to the actions of the violent, murderous Islamonazis.

In the future -- these people must TRUELY put their faith in that black rock in Mecca.....

Filthy "infidels" should practice charity at home, and leave the worshipers of death and destruction to their own ISOLATED devices....

Actions result in consequences...

If there are any "Peace Loving SANE Muslims", let THEM see the result of allowing the fanatical lunatic members of their cult be the face, voice and hand of Islam....

"Moderates" must be shown the choice -- REFORM or share the destiny of the Lunatic...
All of the Islamic nations could become as isolated as leper colonies.

Good idea as Muslims apparently believe that biting the hand that feeds you is the right thing to do. So I guess they will have to now have all their needs taken care of by the Imams.

Thing is, will the Muslims of these countries even realize that the reason their meal ticket is gone is because of the riots

If there are any 'peace loving sane Muslims' they should immediately jump on these riots and put a stop to them.

If they don't then we will all know that the 'supposed peace loving sane Muslims' are nothing but a ploy to cover for the 'kill all infidels Muslims'.

Absolutely the right decision. We should do the same (like that will ever happen).

What will happen now is - the imans will use this to further stoke the fire - everything is accelerating toward the inevitable conclusion.

Let the new Crusades begin!

Yeah, right. More like spend another $500 on lap dances and single malt while vacationing in the West.
