After the last winter games I called a couple of ice rinks in SW Florida (we have a few) to see it they had curling - after all the place is PACKed with canadians every winter. Let me say I did not get very many polite replies. Some rink managers are still laughing. On this last season of the Amazing Race, the contestants had to curl. The Cincinnati team, who ended up winning, said that they plan to open a curling rink. I hope they do!!
