Mr. Hetherington's case ought to be taken up by Dorothy Rabinowitz (sp?) of the Wall Street Journal, who valiantly challenged the so-called child abuse cases in Massachusetts a while back.

It's going to require some heavy conservative horsepower to win this guy his freedom.

Don't you get it? What passes for "conservatism" now is to always believe these witch hunts and to pass laws locking up "abusers" forever.

None of the Fox News or talk radio hacks would touch a case of prosecutorial abuse (unless it's Limbaugh's own). Phyllis Schlafly is a real conservative. That's a dying breed.
