Hey, Muslims never lie! Of course there are anti-bear laws. This 19 year old says so.

US law enforcers had put him behind bars on charges of having a long beard Possibilities:
1. The beard in his possession belonged to a beheaded hostage.
2. He was in possession of an illegally obtained wild turkey beard out of season.
3. The former prisoner is full of BS (bearded Streisand)
4. The author of the piece was using too much of former ambassador to Gabon Joe Wilson's 'literary flair.'
5. The New York Times had something to do with the editing of the article.

oh...
6. The deportee is a Democrat, and the truth is not in him. Or her, as the case may be.
7. The deportee meant to say he was put behind bars because of a "wrong Bush"- not because of a "long beard."

Hey, Minutemen, I thought you said President Bush was NOT INFORCING IMMIGRATION LAWS???? I wonder how many more of these deportations have NOT been reported?
Sounds like the MSM reporting record from Iraq.

Guess they got offended by the ham sandwiches served at lunch and the grilled ham steaks served for dinner in jail.
Oh... this story is so sad, I think I'm going to cry...{sniff, sniff}
Then, maybe not.

Hey, it's not like they are sitting on their hands, even if they have a lot more work to do:
Apprehending and Removing Criminal Aliens from the U.S. - ICEs Detention and Removal Operations (DRO) is responsible for promoting public safety and national security by ensuring the departure from the United States of all removable aliens through the fair enforcement of the nations immigration laws. Since March 1, 2003, ICEs DRO division has removed from the United States more than 52,684 criminal aliens and an additional 40,802 non-criminal aliens. DRO detains more the 230,000 aliens each year and ensures that close to 1 million aliens comply with their court appointments. ICEs DRO has also created more than 18 Fugitive absconder teams across the nation whose mission is to seek out the more than 80,000 criminal absconders and the remaining 320,000 non-criminal absconders over the next six years. In the past year, DRO created a Most Wanted list of criminal aliens to solicit public assistance in locating the worst criminal alien fugitives. DRO has also launched electronic monitoring pilot programs as alternatives to detention.

I didn't suggest that "they" were "sitting on their hands."
But there is that issue as to the ten to thirteen (or even more) millions of illegal aliens in the U.S. at this very moment and, worse, more arriving every day.
Citizens have a right and a duty to defend the country. The Minutemen Project has been doing those very things and doesn't merit criticism for their law abiding and orderly process.

ICE head,
Julie Myers, however, remains of question
to many voters, including many conservatives such as myself.
I think she's a competent administrator. I think the policy she is administrating is the problem.
It's fabulous that they've identified, captured and deported these fifty-one individuals, about which I am grateful. Now they need to establish to the country that they're aware that there are ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen or more illegal aliens in the country, many of whom are also terrorists and all of whom have broken laws by almost certainly multiples.
