there will at some point be substantial federal funds in the mayor's hands, so there is sure to be some interest from other pols in this.

Nagin's reelection would confirm that the "citizens" of New Orleans are truly "stuck on stupid"..
It should also signal the cessation of all "local control" of Federal Dollars going into that cesspool of corruption, ignorance and racist poverty pimps..
