Dershowitz may be a horrific liberal at times, but he certainly has this right.
CNN is populated by cowards.

I was informed yesterday that Time magazine was seriously considering publishing the cartoons. That would take an act of courage.
How about that would take an act of God?

Is Dershowitz actually Jewish or does he play one on TV?

Alan Dershowitz has also noted the painfully obvious fact the the US Constitution doesn't provide for a right to abortion on demand and says the SCOTUS was wrong which, for a liberal, is pretty astonishing.

He does have his moments of clarity on occasion.

Well, even though a blind hog finds an acorn now and then, Alan Dirt-for-wits will never find credibility, at least for me.

He's still wrong to combine economic and physical in the same sentence. Economic "terrorism" as he calls it, is not terrorism at all, boycott something economically is a form of freedom of expression. It's the threat of physical violence that is terrorism.
To: hipaatwo
His comments are summarized in the latest TIME, which in fact says it will not run the cartoons.

The American MSM has been castrated by Muslim intellectual terrorism.
The MSM talks big s!it when it comes to bashing Bush, the Iraq war, and Christians, but they have no guts to take on Muslim fanatics.

It's great hypocrisy on the part of those doing the burning, because these are some of the same people who read voraciously much worse cartoons directed at Christians and Jews and Americans and Israel. Deeply, deeply, offensive anti-Christian and anti-Semitic cartoons are a staple out of Gaza every week, and suddenly, when Mohammed is offended, they're prepared to burn down embassies and create this kind of havoc. It is extraordinary hypocrisy.
Actually, it is hypocrisy in a social sense but not in a religious sense for them.
Hypocrisy is saying you are actively doing one thing while actively doing the opposite. Actually, they are being quite consistent in their continued support of their "prophet".
The extent to which they take it should raise flags for all.
The lawyer gets it wrong yet again.

Great point! It would be hypocrisy if they believed in a free press, but they don't.

"

Cowards?
I hear, more and more, the word "cowards" associated with the Left.
I may be wrong, but these people aren't "cowards" in the true meaning of the word. They are activist enemies of the United States.
The Left, meaning the entire alphabet media, all Leftist publications, the Democrat Party, half the U.S. Congress, etc. etc., are aiding and abetting the enemies of the United States.
Cowards are "no-where men". They have no opinion. Push them, they walk away. Insult their wife, they vacate the area, with or without her.
"He's a real nowhere Man,
Sitting in his Nowhere Land,
Making all his nowhere plans
for nobody.
Doesn't have a point of view,
Knows not where he's going to,
Isn't he a bit like you and me?
Nowhere Man, please listen,
You don't know what you're missing,
Nowhere Man, the world is at your command.
He's as blind as he can be,
Just sees what he wants to see,
Nowhere Man can you see me at all?
Doesn't have a point of view,
Knows not where he's going to,
Isn't he a bit like you and me?
Nowhere Man, don't worry,
Take your time, don't hurry,
Leave it all 'till somebody else
lends you a hand.
He's a real Nowhere Man,
Sitting in his Nowhere Land,
Making all his nowhere plans
for nobody."

I had a genuine dislike for Dershowitz until 9/11....when he came 100% for torturing terrorists to protect American lives.
