Her first two shows were incredible. Interviews are recorded in a studio type atmosphere and are played back at different portions of the show. She also breaks in with LIVE comments from the troops as well as American callers who can say something back to the troops.
Sounds like our folks are doing a bang-up job over there. AMERICAN TROOPS ROCK!

She's kind of butch looking with her hair still short (post cancer). I'll be glad when it is longer again.

I haven't been able to listen to Laura lately due to a change in my work schedule ...
Can anyone give me an update on her health? Is she cancer-free? Is she still engaged?

Blessings for Laura; going to Iraq after having chemo takes guts and she's got them to spare. I'm sure the troops are appreciating her visit. Today she was having troops come to the radio and talk to people back home.

Laura is a gem. I listen when I can. Couple of hours a week. She just seems to have too much fun on her show. And then she gets to go to Iraq and spend time with our troops. Cancer or no cancer, she's living a dream.

Hey, I listen to Laura all the time. She is way past her chemo/radiation treatments and (I pray) past her cancer. This lady has (b**s) determination above and beyond the call of duty. She is to be commended for putting together this show/trip to Iraq.
God bless her and damn if I was not 15 years younger. :)
