“Rev” Joseph Lowery preached some anti-Bush, anti-War rhetoric today:
LOWERY: We know now there were no weapons of mass destruction over there. But Coretta knew and we knew that there were weapons of misdirection right down here. Millions without health insurance, poverty abound, for war billions more, but no more for the poor.
Only liberals can get away with using the funeral of the wife of a civil rights leader to preach your Bush hate and anti-War rhetoric, and only liberals would do so.
Pleasing only "Other Libs" does not win elections.
I wish some prominant black leaders would get out and slam these attacks on the President during the funeral of Mrs. King. And I don't mean Jesse or Al or the like- I am talking Colin Powell, Condi, Bill Cosby, JC Watts- real black leaders.
Further proof that King's dream has turned into a nightmare.

Why do white men feel the need to act and talk like black preachers when they are in an all black church?

Bush order the flags to be flown at half-mast today in memory of Mrs. King and this is the thanks he gets.
